Volume Nine of World of Nishikigoi is one of the most reflective and wide-ranging volumes in the series to date - combining philosophy, technical depth, Japanese insight, and deeply personal stories from within the hobby.

This volume asks bigger questions, tackles complex subjects head-on, and explores koi keeping from multiple perspectives - from pond-side realities to judging theory, breeder philosophy, and the emotional ties that keep us engaged even when things get difficult.
