Delivery
World of Nishikigoi currently uses Royal Mail who state a delivery time of 2-3 business days. We aim to pack and dispatch your order at the earliest possible convenience. We deny any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays in carriers. We are unable to guarantee that orders will arrive on time. Orders received after 2pm on Friday, a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Refunds
We are unable to exchange or refund delivered print items, such as magazines. However, if you never received your print items or received the wrong item please contact liam@worldofnishikigoi.com and we will look to resolve the issue. Should a product be subject to further conditions relating to its eligibility for a refund or exchange it will be advertised accordingly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.
